Separate 2 tablespoons of the resulting mixture, pour half a liter of water over them, place on the stove, wait for it to boil and leave for 10 minutes. After this, remove the container from the stove and place in a warm place for about an hour to allow the product to brew well. Each time after meals, drink 80-100 ml of the prepared medicine.
  • Combine finely chopped leaves and roots of nettle, juniper, valerian, sage and chamomile in equal proportions. Take a teaspoon of this herbal collection and pour 250-300 ml of boiling water, then wait about 60 minutes. The prepared medicine should be divided into 2-3 doses and drunk throughout the day.
  • Take a teaspoon of finely chopped valerian root, the same amount of dandelion and catnip, pour 250 ml of cold water over these plants, place on the stove, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. In a separate container, combine 1 tablespoon of fresh or dried mint and raspberry leaves and pour 300 ml of boiling water over them, then let it brew for a third of an hour. Combine the resulting decoction and infusion and mix the medicine thoroughly.
