The complex of the above elements contributes to:

  • compensation of nutritional deficiencies and normalization of metabolic processes;
  • improving intestinal motility and stool regularity;
  • outflow of bile and urine;

Oat decoction

Of all the products based on this cereal, the decoction is the most dietary. Half a glass of unrefined cereals should be washed and pre-steamed with boiling water until cool. Then pour 1 liter of cold water over the steamed oats, boil and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Again, let it cool on its own and strain. You need to drink a ready-made decoction of oats for weight loss, 0.5 cups before each meal, for 3-4 weeks.

Oat infusion

Very good as a stimulant of digestion and bile secretion, for weight loss. Oat salad

One of the most famous recipes requires soaking 2 tablespoons of uncooked and unglazed flakes in 100 ml of warm drinking water for 1 hour. Grate a sweet, aromatic apple on a coarse grater, add it and cereal (along with water, if there is any left), pour in 1/3 cup of 0% fat milk, add cinnamon on the tip of a knife, 5 fresh raspberries and 3 banana slices. Mix everything and serve, sprinkle with ground walnuts or almonds if desired.

There is also a purely summer version with fresh berries. Soak 2 tablespoons of cereal in hot milk (100 milliliters) for 30-40 minutes. When they swell, add 6-7 strawberries (coarsely chopped), raspberries, mulberries, blackberries, blueberries, lingonberries. It is allowed to diversify with ground nuts or raisins.
