Combined with milk

Kids don't like the hot taste of the spice. You can soften it with milk, but the benefits will remain, and the child will react to the drink much more favorably.

For a runny nose

Nasal congestion is the most common and unpleasant symptom of a cold. A runny nose is quickly eliminated with a mixture for which you take fresh plant juice and sugar in equal proportions.
